electrical problems?

I have a washer and dryer that uses a string of great power, the dryer continues to lose power and source keeps several of my outlets and lights go out, but the waves are not running travel anywhere. The machine continues to work. The power will revive in 6-24 hours. We had an electrician, his lawyer was old circuit breakers to replace the majority of them.
